操作規程 Safe operation rules

起重機的操作必須符合GB6067《起重機械安全規程》中有關規定的要求。

The operation of the crane must conform to the requirements of relevant regulations in GB6067 Safety Rules for Lifting Appliances.

●    嚴禁起吊超過額定起重量的物品。

     It is strictly prohibited to lift goods that exceeds rated load lifting capacity.

●    嚴禁吊運的貨物在人頭上越過。

     Lifting goods is strictly prohibited to pass over people’s head.

●    空中運行時，吊具位置不得低于一個人的高度。

     When running in the air, the position of slings for lifting goods should not be lower than the height of a person. 

●    嚴禁用吊具斜拉提升重物，更嚴禁利用起重機來撥埋在地下的器物。

     It is strictly prohibited to use slings to lift goods aslant and use crane to move and embed underground implements.

●    禁止利用電機的突然反轉為機構的制動。

     It is strictly prohibited to use sudden reversal of the electrical machine to brake the mechanisms.

●    禁止使用限位開關作為正常工作時的停電。

     It is strictly prohibited to use limit switch as power cut in normal operation.

●    起重機在每次運行時必須先發出警告信號。

     The crane must issue a warning signal first in each run.

●                操作控制器時，不宜瞬時由零檔推向額定速度檔，而應逐檔推動。

●                When operate the controller, it is not suitable to push from zero span to rated speed, but should push gradually.
